- Efficiently distribute leads to service advisors
- Ensure thorough follow-up on every lead
- Foster clear communication between departments
- Monitor and manage a high volume of leads
Qualifications:
- Possess a technical aptitude, though no formal technical qualification is required
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to reassure customers over the phone
- Detail-oriented and diligent in ensuring no lead is overlooked, while maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships
- Capable of handling and tracking a large number of leads
- Preference for male candidates
- Ideal for school leavers not older than 21
- Sales experience considered an asset
