Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
Identify target audiences and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, creative content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and cohesive content.
Community Management:
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster positive relationships with our audience, turning followers into brand advocates.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilise analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
Provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Implement innovative and creative strategies to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
